We realise the world is in a state of flux, and many businesses and families are being placed under unprecedented stress.
Our global team at Quiktrak continue to work as usual, providing you complete asset protection and with it peace of mind that your valued assets are safe.

In times like this, the level of asset theft increases, and we have already noted a increase in asset theft in both the vehicle, and machinery segments. With economic activity down, many assets are sitting unattended longer, and the opportunity for theft increased. It is important that you assist us to protect your assets by ensuring your Quiktrak system is set correctly to report immediately any unauthorised use to enable us to prevent attempted theft, or recover quickly should a theft occur.

Please log into your account (1), check all assets are reporting (2), and ensure that alarm settings (3) are set to immediately notify of any movement, or unauthorised use of your asset, including battery disconnection or asset tampering.

Please also ensure any incident is immediately reported by selecting the Report Theft tab (1) in our app. Check out the steps for creating a report (2).

We are working hard to accommodate all installation requests whilst working within the government's guidelines, should you require security systems installed to any unprotected assets, please contact us, we are only too happy to assist, and keep our installers working where possible.
