ADDING A SUB ACCOUNT

1. Enter http://quiktrak.co/ into
the URL / Address bar;

2. Log into your account;

3. Click on your ACCOUNT NAME, this is in the top right-hand corner;

4. Click SUB ACCOUNT;

5. Click the ADD button;

6. Enter the DETAILS for the sub account and assign a ROLE;

ROLE EXPLANATIONS:

CONTROLLER - This will allow full access to the asset/s to edit their details, run reports, add and remove alarms geofences and view live tracking.

STANDARD - This will allow limited access to run reports and view live tracking.

VIEW ONLY - This will only allow live track the asset/s.

Once the details for the account have been allocated you can assign which assets are to be able to be seen on the new sub account.

7. Click on the ASSET tab;

8. Select the assets that you wish to be accessed from the account, select the check box next to the name;

9. Click SAVE. The account is now created and can be accessed.
